Group Tours at Wild-Connections

Preschool groups will enjoy spending lots of time "feeding" the butterflies and getting acquainted with all the other residents in the flight house.

Preschools must schedule visits in advance in order for us to ensure that your visit is memorable!

9:00 Depart school
9:45 Arrive at Wild-Connections
10:00 Tour of Butterfly House*
10:30 Restroom break and snack
11:00 Hiking - Nature Scavenger Hunt
11:30 Lunch
12:00 Depart for school

*These are the core program elements for the fieldtrip and are scheduled to begin promptly.
All other activities are suggested and are designed to enhance your experience at Wild-Connections.

All group tours are confirmed via email.
Itineraries are set by Wild-Connections in accordance to the group size
and needs and will be included in the email confirmation.

Educational Tour Admission:
Preschool - $4.00 per student
Parent Chaperone - $4.00 (+tax)

We ask that there be a 7:1 ratio of chaperones to children.
Please be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes and appropriate clothing
for your activities at Wild-Connections.

Cancellations
Please notify our office at least 48 hours in advance should your plans change. Cancellations or "no shows" that have not given notice will be assessed a fee equal to 50% of your group's entrance fee. (Based upon the number of classes given when your reservation was booked. Classes are assumed to have 20 students.)

Wild-Connections will notify your school by 8:00 A.M. the morning of your scheduled field trip should a cancellation be necessary due to inclement weather.
